So that's the current mechanism. So now let's go to the new mechanism. So this is where you are going to come up with a new mechanism that solves the problem. Right? That and your mechanism It needs to present a new opportunity to solve a problem and achieve the outcome.
Like, it has to be different from what they've tried before. It doesn't have to be unique in the world. It hasn't you don't have to be the only person on the entire planet that teaches this. Right? You're probably not gonna be.
That's not what's worked. Right? It's gonna be a bunch of other people who who have the same mechanism, but it's gonna be new to them. It's gonna be new to them. And so you present it and you're like, hey, did you know?
Like, you're not gonna like, you the reason you haven't solved this problem that you have is because You've tried x, y, z, and d, and those are not the answer. What is the answer? And here's why they're not the answer. And this is the answer, and here's why that's the answer. So this is your new mechanism, another word that people use as new opportunity.
Right? That's the new way of solving it. That's the main thing that we need to do here. Once you have that mechanism, you break it down into 3 to 7, milestones or key steps that they have to move through. And you can do that on your own later that's pretty easy and you you know your new mechanism.
But now it's just what you wanna do is break it down into 3 to 7 key steps and actually turn it into a framework that you can teach. And what's crazy about this is that you're gonna take that framework and you're gonna give it away for free on the Internet. In your social media, in your free content, you're gonna give your framework away for free at a high level. Right? You can't obviously go as into as much depth in a 62nd reel as you can in a 60 minute video or a 60 day coaching program.
Right? Of course not. But you're gonna give the essence of the framework away, like the high level steps away for free in your content, and then you're gonna create content about each of those 3 to 7 key steps. As your content all the time. And again and again forever pretty much.
Right? Because that becomes That becomes your content. That becomes what you what draws people in, and then you're gonna track the people who wanna go deeper with you and who wanna continue this journey. And work more with you. So what I wanted to do is write down what is your mechanism and what are the 3 to 5 milestones And how is yeah.
That those are the 2 things. Like, what is your mechanism? And what are the 3 to sorry. 3 to 7 milestones or steps on that way. That is your that is your exercise right now.
So just write that down, and I'll give you 3 minutes on the clock. Alright. Alright. Let me hear in the chat what you guys have come up with. What is your mechanism?
What do you call your mechanism? And what are the steps involved? So Ingrid is Stop typing, start drawing. Use my mess to message framework to come up with relevant illustrations. Yes.
That's awesome. I love that name of the framework. Mess to message. And then, yeah, if their if their old mechanism was like, a lot of sort of left brain linear thinking or, like, trying to, like, like, write it and coach it and whatnot, like, divorce. Like, that that mechanism of getting to it withdrawing Yeah.
Maybe it is the message, but there might be another main name for the mechanism itself, and then mess the message for the framework is fantastic. Yeah. It might it might be the name of the mechanism itself, actually. Learn simple illustration. Know your why that will inform what to draw.
Become joyfully visible? Yes. Alright. That is sweet. That is cool.
Let me see Matt's admitting the situation. Hey, there's George. Amazing. Amazing, George. It means the situation for themselves, understand the scope, inside awareness of the root cause crystal clear vision, 1 needs to change, identify 5 changes, and cover hidden challenges.
Yes. Yeah. Mats, I think this is really good. Give each step a short and sexy name, and then that's gonna be Simplero. Mary Anne's zoo Zoom meeting is important community.
Yeah. Those are more, like like, elements to the offer. They're not the actual mechanism. Right? Like, you can meet on Zoom and being in supporting community all day long without getting anywhere because you're not doing anything.
Like, what is it that that Zoom meetings teaching you to do and what is the supporting community supporting you in doing, that's what you wanna find out. Jim prep defined problem solution developed value prop and an ALS process. I don't understand that. Yes. Here we go.
Requesting I start AI companion. Yes. Great. I'm sure. Susan understanding benefits on cellular level, get a grip on yeah.
I would make it even more make it more specific and concrete. Like, can you actually see people like, what are the specific actions we need to take, and can we see them take those steps, like make it something that you can see and and feel or, like, clearly see and identify that someone is doing the thing. That's what I would say.
